🍉Packed with soothing ingredients, this wash off type mask smells & feels delicious. The packaging is cute & simple; it reminds me of something you’d find at a produce stand. It is in a jar & you have to scoop out the mask with your hand or use a spatula (not provided). I always prefer masks in a tube to masks packaged this way for hygienic reasons. It smells quite similar to watermelon, but just a little bit sweeter, maybe like a combination of watermelon & cotton candy. It feels as a wash off mask should. It has a lovely, cooling, gel-like consistency. It is not thick or watery; the texture is right in the middle. It is super easy to spread this mask over your entire face, using only a little product. This mask is effective in soothing my red, irritated sensitive skin. It reminds me a lot of the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask, but much less expensive. This mask is perfect for winter months when skin is dryer & needs a little extra moisture. I leave this mask on for much longer than the directions state & find that gives me the extra hydration my skin craves. I do wish that Skinfood had not added the red dye no. 33. It just seems unnecessary & could be a potential irritant to some. I purchased this mask directly from Skinfood for under $10. Sadly, this yummy mask appears to have been discontinued. Whether it will return remains to be seen.

This wash-off style mask cools & soothes skin for a refreshing feel. Hydrating ingredients provide long-lasting moisture. This mask is a cool moisturizing gel containing watermelon extract to soothe & provide hydration to sensitive skin. It will not irritate skin. It is free of mineral oil, silicone, talc, sorbic acid, Trierhanolanine, & benzyl alcohol.

Apply a thin layer to skin immediately after washing. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.

I thoroughly enjoy this cooling, soothing mask especially when I am suffering from flushing or an unfortunate bout of rosacea. I would definitely repurchase this mask if Skinfood still was making it 😢. I will keep my eyes peeled & maybe they will bring this goody back to market.
